For internal fulfillment tracking and customer support only, we store limited order metadata:

• TikTok order number
• TikTok username and display name if available
• Shipping tracking number
• Order totals: items, tax, shipping
• Order status such as pending or shipped

• Confirm orders and status during customer support requests
• Track shipments and delivery progress
• Reconcile operational totals for fulfillment

Limited order metadata is stored in a private Google Sheet and a secured server environment. Access is limited to authorized Oso3DPrints operators.

We retain limited order metadata only as long as necessary for operational support and basic record keeping. You may request deletion of stored metadata by emailing [email protected].
